Fill your schedule by re-engaging past clients.
Businesses are often going through cycles where their schedule can be a little empty. This can be due to seasonal events or economic turbulence.
While the best form of business is referrals, most businesses don’t ask for them. Using the below strategy can be a great way to reengage past customers and also get referrals.
Strategy:
- Build a list of past customers (e.g. export from Xero)
- Import list into mass mailing tool
- Create an offer (e.g. discount, referral incentive, avoid missing out, etc.)
- Activate the list by sending a generic, personalised email to touch base (e.g. Happy New Year from BUSINESS NAME) and include your offer
- Follow up with calls to those contacts that opened the link with an offer in your email
