We are Daniel Roberts and Alexei Kouleshov. Much like you, we are the owners of Brisbane’s local businesses. Daniel runs Securelux which is the #1 Crimsafe provider for customers across South East Queensland and has been around for over 40 years. Alexei runs a number of trades businesses as well as a national sales and marketing agency that he started in 2007.
The Opportunity
The idea for this webinar came up through conversations about Securelux leaving money on the table by not offering additional services to their customers. The majority of clients that come to Securelux are homeowners who are interested in home security and the comfort of their homes.
Currently, Securelux only provides Crimsafe, 3M film, and Plantation Shutters as solutions to their customers. This leaves a lot of room for opportunities for services like:
- CCTV and Back-to-Base Monitoring

- Electrical solutions (eg. motion sensor lighting, doorbells, alarms)
- Gates and fencing
- Doors and windows
- Air conditioning

- Fire safety
- Real estate (homeowners eventually want to sell or rent their property out)
